Must Have

College degree in a related field of research study., 3 or more years related work experience (relevant course work may count towards experience).

Nice to Have

Master of Public Health (or similar) degree preferred., Fluency in Spanish preferred., Lived experience of a mental health challenge preferred.

What You'll Do.

and data analysis tasks related to EMPOWER project deliverables.

Assists in preparation of grant proposals and other requests to secure funding to expand the EMPOWER project and other research activities in the Lab.

Lead the preparation of protocols for ethical review and submission to the Institutional Review Board (IRB).

Prepares and maintains EMPOWER project records (such as financial

reviews complex documents

to assure compliance with University policies

and/or government regulations

and notifies supervisor of unusual situations.

Coordinate the dissemination of project findings

reports and presentations

and reports of key milestones to collaborators

and the broader scientific community.

Responsible for coordinating communication and meetings with partners including clinical experts

and project governance boards.

Travel to project implementation sites to participate in meetings with key project partners.

Communicate or collaborate with affiliated research personnel at other locations or institutions under the supervision of the Lab Directors.

Provide guidance to partners in accordance with EMPOWER project protocols.

Lead production of EMPOWER content including video

Lead the development and implementation of project materials

such as digital training content

intervention guides and manuals

and other standard operating procedures.

Develop written content and announcements summarizing project activities and accomplishments for routine updates to the EMPOWER website.

Protect the confidentiality of project communications and materials with a high degree of professionalism and discretion.

Regularly supervise the work and activities of student RAs and interns.
