We are seeking a Research Assistant to contribute to a project focused on quantum simulation using ultracold gases and the successful candidate will be working on a tweezer network based on superoscillatory phenomenon. **Key Responsibilities:** * Conduct research activities related to experimental quantum technology * Assist in the setup, operation, and maintenance of experimental ultracold atom systems * Support data collection, analysis, and documentation of research findings * Perform laboratory testing, calibration, and troubleshooting of scientific equipment * Assist in simulation, modelling, and experimental optimization activities * Prepare technical reports, presentations, and research documentation * Support research team coordination and collaborative scientific activities * Ensure compliance with laboratory safety procedures and research protocols * Report daily on the progress of the project **Job Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Physics, Applied Physics, Quantum Science, Photonics, or a related discipline from a recognized university or institution * The candidate should have knowledge or research experience in atomic physics, quantum optics, laser systems, ultracold atoms, or related research areas. * Familiarity with experimental laboratory equipment, optics alignment, vacuum systems, electronics, or data acquisition systems will be advantageous. * The candidate must be highly motivated in research and
