The team provides detailed, timely updates on mergers, divestitures, spinoffs, and deal terms to help clients analyze M&A trends. Information is sourced daily from newswires, financial institutions, company filings, and other reputable sources, with accuracy and timeliness as key priorities. As a Research Analyst, you will collate, maintain, and update database information from official sources such as feeds, corporate action emails, and press releases, ensuring timely and accurate delivery to FactSet clients. You will be responsible for achieving individual and team targets under the guidance of the Team Lead. Shifts are on rotation based on business needs.
