Working within the Artists’ Health Centre at UHN, the analyst will contribute to literature screening, advanced data organization, qualitative analysis, and supporting policy-relevant outputs. The analyst will have the opportunity to contribute to the advanced stages of data analysis and manuscript drafting. Duties * Conduct full-text screening and data extraction * Perform qualitative coding and thematic analysis * Support realist-informed (CMO) synthesis * Contribute to drafting synthesis reports and academic output
