Provides and directs research, analysis, modeling, technical assistance, policy and program design, and program implementation and advisory services primarily to public sector clients at the state, regional, and national level to advance the efficient use of clean energy technologies and strategies across residential, commercial, utility, municipal/government, small business and industrial sectors. Such programs may address individual buildings, campuses, corporate portfolios and community-level clean energy strategies. Engages organizations to implement clean energy solutions and address market barriers to respond to market drivers. Provides clients, program participants, and industry stakeholders with technical advice and assistance to incentivize the use of clean and efficient energy equipment, technologies, practices, and holistic integrated solutions between buildings, electric grid and utilities.
