Diploma in Plantation/Agriculture, or any related field, Possess basic computer skills and proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant systems, Must possess at least a B2 driving license, organizational and supervisory skills with attention to detail and accurate record keeping, Ability to work collaboratively with other departments, researchers, and management
Nice to Have
Experience in nursery operations would be an added advantage
What You'll Do.
monitor and supervise daily breeding nursery operations
Ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and workplace safety requirements
Oversee nursery preparation activities
Ensure oil palm seeds are received
and labelled correctly
Monitor transplanting activities
pesticide application
and irrigation activities are carried out according to the established schedule
Conduct culling activities
Ensure Pre-Nursery and Main Nursery sites are always clean
Coordinate the preparation and distribution of oil palm seedlings
Prepare and submit monthly nursery reports
monitoring nursery trials
