What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor’s Degree or relevant years of experience, Minimum of five (5) years of experience in requirements management, business analysis, or systems implementation, Minimum of two (2) years of experience managing traceability for large-scale IT system implementations, Ability to manage stakeholders across multiple agencies or jurisdictions, US Citizenship, Ability to Obtain Public Trust
Nice to Have
Experience supporting court management systems or justice sector modernization efforts, Certification in business analysis or project management (e.g. , CBAP, PMI-PBA, PMP), Experience implementing requirements governance frameworks at scale, Familiarity with Agile or hybrid delivery methodologies, Experience building dashboards or reporting for executive stakeholders, understanding of software development lifecycle and testing practices, Experience working with public sector or court/justice systems, Candidates located in Nashville, TN will be given preference
