Must Have

Bachelor's degree in relevant functional discipline (business, engineering) with 14 years of experience in progressive leadership positions in Business Development of Defense Sales, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 12 years of experience., Current understanding of the regional defense industrial base, geopolitical environment, and cultural customs and norms., Ability to leverage customer knowledge to identify potential growth opportunities in the UAE., Develops strategies for identifying potential growth opportunities, program management and product line., collaboration skills enabling business results working internally and externally., Skill and capability to develop and execute integrated solutions and cross-selling strategies., Detailed knowledge of international business practices including compliance (FCPA and ITAR), extensive experience with international contracts (FMS and DCS), and host country laws and regulations., Demonstrate fluent command of Arabic language.
