You’ll understand the overall direction and nuanced user needs clearly, and you’ll lead your team as they fulfill these needs by creating deployable features. The world can’t wait. **You Have:** * 3+ years of experience with technology work * 2+ years of experience as a requirements analyst or business analyst * Experience leading teams and client engagements * Experience documenting and managing requirements in tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps * Experience in requirements gathering and analyzing data to determine solutions for issues * Experience distilling complex business processes into clear and actionable user stories with thorough acceptance criteria * Experience working with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, and QA, and presenting recommendations to product owners based on findings * Experience conducting current-state and target-state analysis and design for software applications * Secret clearance * Bachelor's deg
