3+ years of experience with technology work, 2+ years of experience as a requirements analyst or business analyst, Experience leading teams and client engagements, Experience documenting and managing requirements in tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps, Experience in requirements gathering and analyzing data to determine solutions for issues, Experience distilling complex business processes into clear and actionable user stories with thorough acceptance criteria, Experience working with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, and QA, and presenting recommendations to product owners based on findings, Experience conducting current-state and target-state analysis and design for software applications, Secret clearance, Bachelor's degree

Experience with Agile frameworks, including Kanban, Scrum, XP, Lean, DevOps, or SAFe, Experience with brainstorming tools such as Mural or Miro, Experience working with federal and DoD organizations, including the Air Force and Space Force, Possession of excellent interpersonal skills, to successfully interact with clients, Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills, Top Secret clearance, Agile Certification
