## _**Job Description:**_ **DB Global Technology** is Deutsche Bank’s technology centre in Central and Eastern Europe. Opened in January 2014, the Bucharest office is constantly expanding. DB Global Technology develops cutting-edge software applications for the Deutsche Bank’s global operations and represents a platform for highly skilled software engineers. The team members specialize in Software Application Development, IT Architecture, Quality Assurance and Testing, Functional/Business Analysis and Project Management. **Responsibilities:** * Challenging, capturing, and describing requirements according to the quality standards operating within the team * Liaising with all parties involved to ensure successful delivery. * Assisting and supporting QAT, SIT and UAT * Ensuring agreed analysis deliverables are prepared according to deadline of the projects. * Close co-operation with other teams in the Bank to ensure strategic initiatives are leveraged. * Identifying areas where we can improve the analysis and delivery capabilities of the wider team. * Be accountable for adequate activity and information management in Confluence and Jira * Keeping aware of the latest industry trends and best practice to improve the team. **Skills/Experience:** * 5+ years of experience as BA * Outstanding analysis skills comprising demonstrable experience of all aspects of analysis such as business process modelling, use cases/user story writing, data modelling * Exposure to management activity using tools such as Atlassian JIRA & Confluence * Comfortable working within a full project life cycle from initiation through to delivery * Experience of working with an agile methodology would be an advantage. * Experience in identifying and documenting client technical needs, internal structures, procedures, workflows, and systems * Excellent written and oral communication. * Flexible - keen to learn new technologies and to extend business domain knowledge. ## **Well-being & Benefits:** **Emot
