As an AVOR Requirement Engineer at Ivy Partners, you will: * Gather, analyze, and structure application requirements from business and IT stakeholders, translating business needs into clear technical specifications. * Perform pre-packaging assessments and preparation (AVOR), including installation logic, dependencies, configuration requirements, compatibility checks, and risk analysis. * Create, maintain, and improve technical documentation such as runbooks, SOPs, installation guides, specifications, and Confluence knowledge bases. * Coordinate deployment, testing, user acceptance, and validation activities to ensure software behaves as expected before release. * Act as the interface between business units and IT teams, facilitating communication, resolving integration issues, and managing escalations. * Drive continuous improvement, standardization, and quality assurance of software packaging processes, guidelines, and best practices. You are our ideal candidate if: * You have a proven background in AVOR, requirements engineering, or a structured IT coordination role. * You possess strong abilities to translate business language into technical specifications. * You have solid knowledge of PowerShell and PSADT (enough to write credible specs and validate outputs). * You are experienced with MSI/MST packaging and repackaging tools (AdminStudio, RayPack). * You are familiar with Intune and MECM deployment processes. * You have excellent documentation skills (Confluence, SOPs, runbooks). * You have experience working as an interface between business units and IT engineering teams. * You can communicate effectively in German at a C1 level.
