What They're Looking For.
Must Have
2+ years of relevant industry experience (i. e. Shipping, logistics and/or transportation), Bilingual written and spoken (English / French)
Nice to Have
Additional languages an asset, Experience operating within ERP systems or Transportation Management systems, an asset

Management and resolution of customer inquiries
Proper analysis on inquiries
Due diligence to resolve inquiry
Management of escalation process
Professional communication through all channels
Relationship development with customers
Import Documentation execution
Management documentation to release shipments
Detailed verification of documentation
Coordination with overseas agencies
Internal coordination on change inquiries
