What You'll Do.
Performed the day-to-day operational tasks
Proactively work with internal & onshore support teams for timely clearance and resolutions of issues
Work on the Ad-Hoc requests received from the onshore team or Client
Ensure all items assigned are actively performed with accuracy & timeliness
Assist in providing status updates on problem resolutions and outstanding issues to other team members
Ensure SOP's/ Job Aids are kept up to date & reviewed with supervisor
Other Process documents (Error Log
FMEA etc. ) should be kept updated
