States considered: Nuevo León, Norte Coahuila y Tamaulipas **Role Description** **Responsable de atender a los clientes del área geográfica asignada y generar la demanda de los productos y servicios de la unidad de negocios implementando la estrategia comercial, mediante un proceso consultivo de ventas. Administra y desarrolla el canal de distribución en la región (manejo de distribuidores), asegurando ejecución en punto de venta (retail) y el cumplimiento de políticas comerciales para lograr objetivos financieros y una experiencia superior para el cliente. Colabora estrechamente con áreas internas (técnica, marketing, finanzas, supply) para asegurar disponibilidad, ejecución y crecimiento sostenible del territorio.** **Main Responsibilities** · Desarrollar y ejecutar planes de acción del territorio para cumplir/ exceder objetivos de ventas, participación de mercado y rentabilidad. · Implementar el Modelo de Ventas y el Proceso de Ejecución de Visitas para generar demanda, crecimiento y posicionamiento del portafolio. · Gestionar el canal: selección/seguimiento de distribuidores, acuerdos comerciales, planes de crecimiento, indicadores, capacitación y disciplina comercial. · Impulsar excelencia de ejecución en retail: disponibilidad, surtido, visibilidad, promociones, precios, exhibiciones y activaciones en punto de venta (según aplique). · Desarrollar relaciones de largo plazo con clientes clave (clínicas, hospitales, cadenas, tiendas especializadas, cuentas regionales), con enfoque en pensamiento estratégico (segmentación, priorización, propuesta de valor, planes por cuenta). · Coordinar con el área técnica actividades de soporte/servicio técnico a clientes del territorio, garantizando seguimiento y cierre. · Monitorear mercado/competencia, identificar oportunidades, proponer iniciativas y ejecutar tácticas alineadas a la estrategia. · Asegurar el cumplimiento de políticas, ética y certificaciones requeridas (incluyendo 100% de cumplimiento a políticas internas).
