What You'll Achieve.
Ensure compliance across international jurisdictions; Provide the narrative that helps leadership understand our global financial health; Support RingCentral’s rapid global expansion; Ensure all reports adhere to US GAAP and local statutory requirements; Create high-impact visualizations for executive presentation

Analyze trends; Perform deep-dive analysis into international P&L accounts, identifying and explaining fluctuations; Suggest ways to automate manual tasks
Willing to work on night shift ( 8am - 5pm PST )
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
2-4 years of experience in a reporting or financial analyst role, Expert-level Excel (Power Query, Pivot Tables, Macros)
Nice to Have
Experience in a global SaaS or tech company, Experience with Quickbooks, Familiarity with BI/visualization tools, A solid understanding of the accounting cycle, Exposure to multi-currency consolidations or international tax concepts
What You'll Do.
Ensure compliance across international jurisdictions
Provide the narrative that helps leadership understand our global financial health
and year-end reporting packages for international subsidiaries
Perform deep-dive analysis into international P&L accounts
identifying and explaining fluctuations in currency exchange
regional tax implications
and operational spend
Design and implement standardized reporting workflows that support RingCentral’s rapid global expansion
Ensure all reports adhere to US GAAP and local statutory requirements
Perform regular audits of data flows between ERP systems (NetSuite/Oracle) and reporting tools
Create high-impact visualizations (via Tableau
or Excel) for the International Accounting Manager to present to the Controller and CFO
Act as the liaison between the Dallas accounting hub and regional teams in EMEA and APAC to harmonize data collection

Partner with stakeholders to design and implement standardized reporting workflows; Act as the liaison between the Dallas accounting hub and regional teams in EMEA and APAC to harmonize data collection; Collaborate with other departments

Ability to communicate clearly and succinctly in prose, presentations, and verbally to multiple levels within the organization
