Must Have
Experience in reporting, project controls, PMO, or performance management, Understanding of project controls principles and reporting structures, Excellent written and verbal communication skills, Experience driving continuous improvement in reporting processes, Stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills, Ability to analyse and interpret complex datasets, Degree in a numerate subject, HND, or equivalent qualification with relevant experience
Nice to Have
Experience on major infrastructure, energy, nuclear, defence, transportation, or large-scale capital programmes, Experience developing reporting frameworks and performance reporting solutions, Experience using Power BI and other data visualisation tools, Knowledge of data analytics, statistical analysis, and business intelligence methodologies, Experience working within highly regulated environments
What You'll Do.
Support implementation and maintenance of reporting processes
Produce regular performance reports and management information
Ensure reporting outputs are accurate
Promote and maintain performance reporting frameworks
Support management and development of reporting and data
Analyse complex datasets to identify trends
Develop clear and engaging reporting outputs
Review reporting outputs for data quality
Challenge reporting inconsistencies and improve reporting standards
Structure and transform data
Support forecasting activities through data analysis
Work with Power BI developers and digital teams
Develop and improve reporting dashboards and business intelligence
Support implementation of 'Digital by Default' reporting initiatives
Contribute to development of data analytics and business
Share knowledge and best practices
Continuously improve reporting and project controls performance
