The Grocery Finance organization is dedicated to shaping the long-term strategy and future of grocery, omni-channel and new physical store formats across Amazon. We are looking for a Finance Manager to drive financial excellence for NA Fresh, including month-end close, financial reporting, financial reviews, controllership, and reporting automation. As the reporting lead of NA Fresh, you will play as a pivotal role in partnering regularly with a broad range of finance and business leaders across Amazon Grocery, Whole Foods Market, Amazon Grocery Logistic, often at some with the most senior levels within the company. This leader will own the financial narrative for NA Fresh performance, provide strategic insights to the business team, and drive accountability across the organization. Key job responsibilities The ideal candidate is an experienced finance professional who thrives in ambiguity, has a bias for action, and demonstrates a proven track record of delivering results through cross-functional partnership. * Own the consolidation of the NA Fresh P&L, providing inputs, analysis, and storytelling to leaderships * Lead all financial reporting for NA Fresh, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and actionable insights for senior leadership and stakeholders * Support the weekly, monthly, and quarterly finance reviews, delivering compelling financial narratives and strategic recommendations * Drive month-end close processes, partnering with Accounting and cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely financial results * Establish and enhance controllership practices, including internal controls, variance analysis, and financial governance * Lead new reporting mechanism to support growing cross-banner reporting requests, enabling comparisons with other grocery banners and across categories * Ensure data fidelity across critical reporting systems (Cognos, Discovery, Redshift, PS Decks, Balto) * Partner with product team to drive automation and scale of new financial rep
