What You'll Do.
Assist with ensuring that expenses are coded correctly in the Concur expense platform to be in compliance with internal policy and procedures.
Work with individual employees to provide guidance on proper coding
allowing for correct classifications at an individual expense level.
Create and assist with managing event budgets for key stakeholders on the Sales team.
Support the Sales team by assisting in managing order requests for customer swag and marketing materials through the company’s designated portal.
Assist in verifying the accuracy of commission plan calculations.
Support day-to-day workflow related to the commission process
helping to maintain smooth and accurate processing.
Employ research skills to investigate financial questions and track down answers.
Partner with Sales Enablement to design training courses and host live demonstrations for new employees and current staff.
Maintain and update training materials to reflect current processes and best practices.
