You will help shape evidence-based services for students from diverse backgrounds across the University. **What you will deliver:** * Develop and maintain procedures for robust data handling, management and governance aligned with University and regulatory standards. * Design and implement reporting mechanisms that inform operational planning and delivery across SEDS and related programmes. * Integrate and leverage data from multiple SASS activities to enable streamlined collection, curation, analysis and evaluation. * Produce clear reports and insights that monitor service performance and support continuous improvement across student equity services. * Track and communicate process and service efficiency measures, identifying opportunities for innovation and better student outcomes. **You may be a great fit if you:** * Hold a relevant degree and bring experience in data, evaluation or a related analytical field. * Understand higher education operations, ideally within student-facing services or teaching and learni
