### **Reporting and Central Control Officer** ### **Business Risk & Control (BRC)** ### ### **About Business Risk & Control (BRC)** ### Business Risk & Control (BRC) is a First Line of Defense (1LoD) function responsible for implementing and sustaining the firm’s Non‑Financial Risk (NFR) framework. BRC provides oversight of operational and non‑financial risks across business lines and control functions, supporting consistent identification, assessment, monitoring, reporting, and management of risk. ### Through a centralized 1LoD Control Officer model, BRC enables strong risk and control execution while reducing operational burden on business and functional areas by providing standardized governance, documentation, and reporting. ### ### **Role Summary** ### The Reporting and Central Control Officer is a member of a centralized first‑line control team within BRC.
