Must Have

5+ years of experience in retail inventory management or a related field, analytical skills, experience working with key retail metrics (sales, gross margin, receipt flow, size curves, OTB, etc. ), Comfortable working with large, Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, organizational skills and attention to detail, Adaptable and comfortable navigating ambiguity while solving complex problems, Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace

Nice to Have

Experience with forecasting models, replenishment systems, or inventory optimization tools is an asset, experience with SQL, BI tools, or dashboards is a plus

What You'll Do.

Own core forecasting and replenishment for your categories

driving continuous improvement in forecast accuracy across both short-term (in-season replenishment) and long-term planning (rolling 15 months)

Drive in-stock and fill rate performance

Become the go-to expert on your business—understanding seasonality

and when to rationalize by SKU or size

Balance inventory across distribution centres (CA & US) and emerging channels (Amazon

optimizing for growth and efficiency

Identify opportunities to improve inventory productivity—from increasing sell-through to reducing aged inventory and improving WOS and turnover

Use data to influence decisions—providing recommendations on buy depth and assortment

and confidently challenging assumptions

Own and evolve our Quick Turn replenishment model with sourcing and vendor partners

and reduce manual work to make our processes smarter and more efficient
