This technician position is field-based, involving local travel to job sites in a company-provided vehicle. The technician will inspect roofing systems, diagnose issues, and complete repair work while ensuring a professional and positive customer service experience on every job. ## Key Responsibilities Perform roof inspections, identify issues, and execute necessary repair solutions Communicate clearly with homeowners, providing honest assessments and maintaining strong customer service Complete repair work safely and efficiently while working at heights Document findings and ensure all repair jobs meet company quality standards Represent the company professionally in all technician and customer service interactions ## Qualifications 1–2 years of roofing or related repair experience Ability to climb ladders and work at heights comfortably Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen Strong communication skills and commitment to customer service Ability to work overtime as needed Ability to work two Saturdays per month during peak season ## Work Environment This position primarily involves working in the field
