Coordinate daily with planning
Identify part availability risks
Maintain visibility of shortages
Track critical part status
Support sequencing of repair work
Align part availability with shop priorities
Align part availability with planned production schedules
Track part movement across repair value stream
Expedite part movement
Support on-time progression of shop orders
Drive fast follow-up on missing parts
Drive fast follow-up on delayed parts
Drive fast follow-up on blocked parts
Reduce transactional burden on front line leaders
