What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or equivalent from an accredited college or university, Minimum of 3 years of additional experience in engineering, manufacturing, or repair, Legal authorization to work in the U. S. is required
Nice to Have
6+ years of experience in engineering, manufacturing, or repair, Prior experience in repair, manufacturing, and/or design engineering, Demonstrated ability to analyze problems and develop effective solutions, Ability to adapt quickly and embrace change, with a focus on finding simpler and more impactful ways of working, Proven ability to influence others and build consensus on technical topics
