What They're Looking For.
Must Have
1-3 years in customer service, sales, hospitality, rental, or automotive environments, communication and customer engagement skills, Ability to understand and explain technical RV/vehicle systems, Hands-on, adaptable, solution-oriented under pressure, Proficiency using rental systems, Organised, detail-focused, and proactive in managing leads or customers, Driving License (Category B), English proficiency, Able to stand, walk, and move around the depot for extended periods throughout the day, Able to lift or carry light to moderate items (10–15 kg), Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions, Flexible to work weekends, holidays, and peak-season schedules, Ability to interact with customers in different emotional states (excited, stressed, confused) with calmness and professionalism

Conduct check-ins/check-outs
and provide ongoing rental support
Handle service recovery and emergencies with empathy
Prepare and perform RV demos
and customer-specific needs
Ensure smooth handovers and all documentation is in order
and follow-ups in CRM
Convert rental customers into sales opportunities
and support the RV Sales District and City Lead to meet targets
Maintain knowledge of Indie Campers RV models and perform basic system demos (lighting
Troubleshoot and escalate issues as needed
