The Rental Service Agent is a dual-focused role: Customer Experience Champion for rentals Sales Specialist for RV purchase demos and conversions This position is crucial to ensuring customers leave satisfied, whether they are beginning a rental journey or purchasing their future RV. THE ROLE The Rental Service Agent executes all customer-facing rental operations and performs professional RV sales demonstrations to convert leads into buyers. This is a hands-on, customer-centric role combining service, product presentation, operational execution, and follow-up sales management. Across rentals and sales, this role ensures every vehicle, every interaction, and every customer moment reflects Indie Campers’ high standards. WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON? Customer Service & Operations: Conduct check-ins/check-outs, briefings, and provide ongoing rental support. Handle service recovery and emergencies with empathy. Sales Demonstrations & Customer Engagement: Prepare and perform RV demos, showcasing features, specs, and customer-specific needs. Ensure smooth handovers and all documentation is in order. Sales Conversion & Lead Management: Track leads, demos, and follow-ups in CRM. Convert rental customers into sales opportunities, and support the RV Sales District and City Lead to meet targets.
