What You'll Do.
oversees the daily operations of a small depot
executing and coordinating all workflows personally
ensuring smooth operational flow
accurate documentation
reliable fleet readiness
cost control within the depot
efficient use of consumables
prevention of unnecessary expenses
minimisation of rework
disciplined operational spending
Execute and coordinate all rental workflows: check-in
and system updates (Including cleaning and maintenance)
Track daily operational metrics
Promote ancillary products through value-based selling
Conduct basic RV/van checks (battery
Promptly escalate complex technical or mechanical problems to regional servicing
Maintain complete accuracy of fleet status and readiness in the operational system
Coordinate daily shifts
and task allocation across the small team
including demonstrating SOPs and onboarding tasks for new hires
Oversee the preparation and presentation of RVs for sales
