Must Have
8+ years of SaaS renewals, sales, customer success, or account management experience, Excellent understanding of most Deal Support/Commercial topics, Excellent understanding of legal conditions, negotiation skills, Ability to organize, prioritize, complete activities, and meet deadlines daily, Requires communication skills, Requires proficiency with computer applications, such as Windows, Excel, and Word and CRM systems
Nice to Have
managing a Mid-Market/Commercial segment within an Enterprise SaaS organization, High-Tech or Software Industry, familiarity with basic revenue recognition policies, Four-year college degree
What You'll Do.
Manage a portfolio of renewals
Ensure on-time execution of renewals processes
Support the renewal deal cycle
Partner with Customer Success and/or Sales team
Negotiate all issues related to renewals
Manage commercial aspects of Customer conversions
Respond to questions from Customers
and confirm contract terms
Verify compliance with internal policies
Maintain an accurate 180-day rolling forecast
Archive and maintain all contractual documentation
Resolve problems through research
