What They're Looking For.
Must Have
2+ years of experience in renewals, account management or customer success in a B2B or SaaS environment, Direct experience managing or supporting software contract renewals and driving retention outcomes
Nice to Have
Experience managing subscription or contract renewals end to end negotiation and relationship management skills, Experience working with large and complex books of business, Demonstrated ability to identify upsell, cross sell or expansion opportunities, Ability to work in a fast paced environment and manage multiple priorities, communication skills and ability to collaborate cross functionally, attention to detail and organizational skills, Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce, problem solving and analytical thinking skills
What You'll Do.
renewing software contracts across Kaseya’s MSP customer base
Drive renewal conversations to increase renewal rates
support retention and identify upsell opportunities
Ensure renewals are accurately documented and properly forecasted
Build and maintain relationships with customers and partners to support contract resolution and renewal execution
Help improve the renewal process over time to increase retention and reduce churn
Perform other related duties as assigned
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Work closely with Account Management to identify risk factors and support smooth renewal execution; Partner with General Managers and Product teams to share customer feedback and support customer negotiations when needed; ability to collaborate cross functionally
