About The Role EliseAI is looking for a Renewals Manager who will own the customer renewal motion end-to-end: forecasting, negotiation, process design, and expansion discovery. Your work will directly lock in multi-year revenue and surface new ARR that would otherwise be left on the table. Key Responsibilities - Partner directly with C-level, VP, and director-level stakeholders to drive renewals from initial outreach through negotiation to close - Manage a high-volume book of business, consistently exceeding retention and multi-year renewal targets while identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities - Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and Legal to secure on-time renewals, preserve contract value, and unlock growth - Maintain a forward-looking 90-day forecast of gross renewal rate, net revenue retention, and risk exposure to provide leadership with real-time pipeline visibility - Serve as the voice of the custo
