Assist with new business
Manage renewals of current business
Utilize effective follow-up skills
Assist SE Client Manager with renewing client’s policies
Manage renewal process for clients
Request information from carriers
Ensure proper plans and carriers are quoted
Accurately enter and display plans
Coordinate communication with the group
Provide detailed notes in company tracking programs
Communicate renewal decisions to carriers
Complete group applications
Submit termination letters
