What They're Looking For.

Must Have

3+ years of successful experience in account management, business development, or SaaS renewals, Experience working with Cybersecurity teams, Channel Partners, Legal, and Procurement departments, Bachelor’s degree (BAS) or equivalent experience preferred

What You'll Do.

Own and manage the full renewal process for your assigned territory

Drive the qualification

and workflows alongside Account Managers and Regional Directors to close renewals efficiently

Accurately forecast renewal revenue on a daily

and quarterly basis using Salesforce

Clari and other tools

Meet or exceed customer renewal revenue quotas and churn targets

Coordinate internal resources to support renewal execution and customer satisfaction

Build and maintain relationships at both executive and operational levels

Proactively identify risk and resolve customer issues in collaboration with cross-functional teams

Maintain a sharp focus on customer retention and actively work to reduce attrition

Research and understand customer organisational structures and maintain account intelligence in Salesforce

and customer engagement metrics

Stay informed about Proofpoint’s market position and competitive landscape

Create customer quotes

maintain accurate data

and ensure accuracy via Salesforce and other CRM and finance tools

How You'll Work.

Team & Collaboration

Work closely with Sales Account Owners, Sales Engineers, Channel team, and Customer Success to manage the full renewal lifecycle; Coordinate internal resources to support renewal execution and customer satisfaction; Coordinate internal resources to support complex sales and renewal strategies, pricing and process; Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues
