Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Energy Management, or related technical field, 6+ years of experience in renewable energy project development or technical program management, Proven track record of delivering commercial-scale infrastructure or energy projects, Deep understanding of European energy markets, grid infrastructure, and regulatory frameworks, Experience with solar PV, wind, or energy storage technologies, Program and project management skills, Proficiency in tools like Asana, MS Project, Jira, or similar, Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, Speak, write, and read fluently in English
Nice to Have
Master's degree in Renewable Energy, Engineering, or MBA, Experience working across multiple European countries, Experience with energy modeling software, Background in commercial-scale project finance and economics, Track record of managing programs with budgets exceeding €5M, Fluency in additional European languages
What You'll Do.
Identify and evaluate need for renewable energy solutions
Conduct feasibility studies and technical assessments
Develop and prioritize renewable energy solution roadmap
Analyze market trends
and grid infrastructure
Partner with business stakeholders to develop business cases
Obtain funding approval
Own the program roadmap for onsite solar
Drive cross-functional alignment across responsible individuals
multi-stakeholder relationships
Communicate program updates and recommendations to senior leadership
Define technical requirements from business requirements
Own review and approval of technical designs
Ensure projects meet performance
and sustainability standards
Evaluate emerging renewable energy technologies
Recommend adoption strategies
Drive continuous improvement in program processes and frameworks
