What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Bachelor's degree in engineering, Relevant technical field degree, Combination of relevant experience, Technical certification(s), 4+ construction projects, 2+ solar construction projects, Proficient with computers, Working knowledge of MS Office, Working knowledge of document management systems, Valid current driver license, Authorized to work in United States

Nice to Have

Construction management degree, Engineering degree, Experience mentoring junior team members, Procore familiarity, Creating and managing schedules using MS Project, Other scheduling software familiarity, Understanding of ArcGIS, Understanding of GlobalMapper, OSHA 10 certification

What You'll Do.

Lead project site execution

Manage EPC contractor(s)

Manage equipment suppliers

Manage construction services

Ensure safety priority

Implement QC/QA measures

Document QC/QA measures

Manage project schedule

Resolve potential delays

Update project schedule

Inform stakeholders of progress

Inform stakeholders of challenges

Manage third-party on-site team

Manage construction contracts

Interface with EPC contractor(s)

Interface with vendors

Interface with owner's engineers

Interface with independent engineers

Control project costs

Approve project costs

Manage project budget

Update project budget

Support internal business units

Coordinate internal business units

Represent Scout professionally

Communicate with team members
