Must Have
Graduate from a recognized Dialysis Technology program, Post-Secondary Diploma or Degree in Applied Science, Post-Secondary Diploma or Degree in Electronics, Post-Secondary Diploma or Degree in Biomedical Engineering, Certified or eligible for certification within two years, Certified Dialysis Technologist (cdt) with The Canadian Board of Examiners for Biomedical Engineering and Dialysis Technologist and Technicians, C.E.T. certification through OACETT, Two (2) years experience working as a dialysis technologist, Emphasis on repair maintenance of dialysis equipment, Emphasis on water treatment systems, Valid Ontario Driver's License, Proficiency in computer hardware and software, Recent related experience with Microsoft Office products, Ability to assess complex electronic and hydraulic systems, Ability to multi-task while maintaining focus and accuracy, Ability to work independently, Excellent problem recognition and problem solving-skills, Effective time management skills, Ability to organize and set priorities, Excellent verbal and written communications skills, Excellent interpersonal skills, Physically able to perform duties requiring heavy exertion, Physically able to walk/stand for extended periods, Demonstrated commitment to continuing education, Demonstrated understanding or ability to deliver excellent customer service, Demonstrated understanding or ability to deliver patient centered care
