### About the Role We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Structural / Architectural Project Coordinator to support a large-scale and technically complex hydric development project combining residential and commercial components. This role is heavily focused on multidisciplinary technical coordination, constructability review, and execution readiness across architectural, structural steel, and MEP scopes. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between disciplines, ensuring all project documentation and detailing are fully coordinated before reaching construction and contractor implementation stages. This is not a pure drafting or modeling position. We are looking for a senior-level professional with strong real-world construction understanding, capable of proactively identifying coordination gaps, clashes, missing information, and constructability issues before they impact execution. The position is intended to be long-term and integrated into ongoing project coordination workflows. ### Key Responsibilities * Coordinate technical information between structural steel, architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines. * Review and validate that detailing and documentation align with architectural intent and construction requirements. * Identify clashes, constructability issues, missing details, and coordination conflicts prior to execution. * Ensure multidisciplinary documentation is fully coordinated before reaching contractors and site implementation. * Support BIM coordination and clash detection workflows across disciplines. * Collaborate closely with project teams, consultants, and contractors to maintain consistency and execution clarity. * Anticipate field and execution-related issues from a practical construction perspective. **Requirements** * 5+ years of experience in multidisciplinary project coordination within architecture, structural engineering, or construction environments. * Strong experience coordinating structural steel, architectural, and MEP d
