**Work From Anywhere in LATAM or the Philippines** **Work Schedule:** 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST **Compensation Range:** $1750/month based on experience A fast-growing US-based startup company is looking for a Revenue Operations Manager to streamline operations through AI-driven automation, maintain CRM integrity, and build the scalable data infrastructure needed to support growth. The company runs a lean, high-velocity environment where revenue, marketing, and customer success teams depend on clean data and efficient systems. The culture prioritizes automation, efficiency, and operational ownership over manual processes. Day-to-day, the Revenue Operations Manager owns HubSpot CRM structure, hygiene, and governance, designs and implements AI-driven automations across GTM and customer success workflows, builds and maintains data pipelines across CRM, product, and marketing systems, and develops dashboards that turn raw data into actionable insight.
