Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in business or related field, PMP certification, 5+ years of experience in project management in a rapidly scaling business within the healthcare industry, revenue cycle preferred, knowledge of operational systems and processes within the healthcare or revenue cycle management industries, Ability to manage complex projects with tight timelines and multiple stakeholders, Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills, Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with competing priorities, Knowledge of end-to-end operational activities and demonstrated ability to facilitate complex and time sensitive decisions, Exceptional project management skills with demonstrated capability in complex environments, computer proficiency and understand how to use office applications, including MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook), Zoom, and other Learning technology, Regular and predictable attendance

MBA, familiarity with post-acquisition operational integration processes, including process standardization and technology alignment
