Our care model combines in-clinic and virtual care to bring support to patients where and when they need it.   Backed by $50M in funding—including a $25M round https://www.mobihealthnews.com/news/knownwell-secures-25m-oversubscribed-funding-round led by CVS Health Ventures with support from a16z Bio + Health, Flare Capital, MassMutual, and Intermountain Ventures—we’re scaling fast and expanding access to evidence-based obesity care nationwide.   As a Fully Remote Advanced Practice Clinician (APC) at knownwell, you will work alongside a team of committed physicians, APC, registered dietitians, registered nurses, and registered pharmacists, to provide comprehensive medical care, with a specific focus on the diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of obesity and obesity related conditions as appropriate in a virtual primary care setting. This position offers an opportunity to make a significant impact on the lives of patients by helping them improve their overall health.    Schedule: Monday-Friday with flexible scheduling (32 patient contact hours minimum + 8hrs of administrative time).
