Eligibility Requirements

Schedule: Monday - 10 PM to 7 AM Manila Time

What They're Looking For.

Must Have

3 years of order coordination/management experience, Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, Ability to understand and empathize with customer needs, Ability to handle difficult customers and high-stress situations, Gritty, adaptable, and open to feedback

Nice to Have

Familiarity with CRM systems and practices

What You'll Do.

Coordinate end-to-end delivery of multiple projects

Manage purchase orders

Address delays or discrepancies

Maintain high service standards

Ensure customer satisfaction

Review orders for artwork

Schedule follow-up dates for action orders

communicate & escalate issues

Ensure accuracy of WIP delivery dates

Follow-up on jobs on the Dashboard

Create and submit Purchase Orders

Obtain required artwork and submit for sample creation

Follow up with stakeholders on proof approval

Follow up on Purchase Orders for Acknowledgements

Follow up on shipping status for confirmation

Deal with production or shipping delays

Calculate shipping charge to customer

Maintain daily oversight of Job Issue Tracker

Escalate problem issues

Move job into Delivered status for invoicing

Final follow up on each job for delivery

How You'll Work.

Team & Collaboration

Working closely with vendors and stakeholders; Communicate to involved stakeholders within 24 hours; Participate in weekly and monthly sales team meetings; Participate in bi-monthly vendor meetings; Participate in scheduled staff meetings

Communication Scope

Excellent verbal and written communication abilities; Communicate to involved stakeholders within 24 hours
