We achieve this by combining technology with networks of clinicians, suppliers, and installers to deliver personalized home modifications and environmental supports nationwide. Founded by experienced entrepreneurs, Jukebox Health is a fast growing healthcare services company backed by top venture capital firms like Valtruis and The Home Depot. We're looking for a highly organized, proactive Office Manager to keep things running smoothly across our leadership, Growth, and People functions. This is a fully remote role that sits at the center of the company's day-to-day operations. You'll work closely with our co-founders, support our Growth team on logistics, and partner with People on candidate experience, events, and culture programming. Key Responsibilities Manage complex calendaring and inbox triage for the co-founders, including scheduling internal and external meetings, prioritizing requests, and maintaining clear communication on their behalf Coordinate travel for the Growth team, including flights, hotels, ground transportation, and itinerary management Support the People team with interview scheduling and logistics and execution for company events, offsites, team gatherings, and culture programming Own ad hoc administrative tasks across the organization including research, vendor coordination, gift purchases, and more Identify operational gaps and propose solutions proactively Qualifications Required 2+ years of experience in an administrative, operations, or office management role Demonstrated experience supporting senior executives with calendar and inbox management Strong organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities without close supervision Excellent written and verbal communication High level of integrity around
