What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy, Active Pharmacist license, Minimum of 2 years of hospital or inpatient pharmacy experience, Clinical knowledge including medication therapy management, drug interactions, and disease state management, Excellent communication skills, Reliable high-speed internet connection, Licensed in minimum three states: NY, WV, PA, OH, MA
Nice to Have
Experience in telepharmacy, Supporting multiple hospital systems, Familiarity with inpatient pharmacy operations, Proficiency with pharmacy information systems, Proficiency with remote clinical technology platforms, Organizational skills, Ability to manage multiple workflows

Provide remote pharmacy services
