What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Native-level fluency in German (written and reading comprehension required), written communication skills with excellent grammar and spelling, Prior experience in social media moderation, community management, or digital engagement, Ability to adapt quickly to different brand voices and communication styles, Comfortable working in fast-paced, live-event environments, Comfortable with client-facing communication, A dedicated laptop or desktop, Minimum of 8 GB RAM, Reliable internet connection, Willingness to install ModSquad security software and enable two-factor authentication on both your device and mobile phone
Nice to Have
interest in sports, Knowledge of American football, soccer, and boxing is a plus
What You'll Do.
Monitor and moderate live engagement across digital platforms during sports events
Respond to audience comments in real time while maintaining brand tone and voice
