### Chronic Care Staffing is Hiring a Remote CMA/RMA Enrollment Coordinator! **Pay:** $17 – $20/hour (Full-Time, Remote) ### About the Role Are you a Certified or Registered Medical Assistant (CMA/RMA) with a passion for patient care and chronic disease management? We're seeking a **Remote CCM Enrollment Coordinator** to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for connecting patients to our **Chronic Care Management (CCM) Program**. You’ll identify eligible patients, obtain and document verbal consent, explain the program’s benefits, and develop initial care plans for provider review.
