Associate degree or greater, Certified/licensed professional, 1-3 years healthcare experience, Data abstraction via EMR, Knowledge of medical terminology, Knowledge of quality measures, Knowledge of medical billing/coding, 2 years Medicare Advantage Quality data abstraction, 2 years patient outreach, Tech savvy in managing health data, Working in Excel and PowerPoint, Navigating multiple systems and applications, Highly skilled in verbal communication, Highly skilled in written communication, Ability to meet hard deadlines, Ability to collaborate with others, Ability to work with management, Ability to work with co-workers, Ability to work with customers
Nice to Have
Knowledge in quality improvement initiatives, Experience in data submissions, Extensive experience with quality database entries, Extensive experience with reporting, Experience interpreting quality information, Experience reporting quality information, Experience training staff, Proficiency in Electronic Medical Record (EMR) software, Proficiency in cloud platforms
