Remote Audiologist | hear.com Locations: California | New York | Pennsylvania | Texas (Fully Remote) Must hold an active AUD license in CA, PA, NY, or TX. You'll work with patients who are motivated, matched to the right technology, and supported by a team that handles the logistics so you can focus on what you're passionate about: helping people hear well to live well. This is teleaudiology at its most advanced, and we're looking for clinicians who are ready to practice in a way that's reshaping the field. What You'll Do Conduct remote evaluations, device fittings, and follow-up care for patients across your licensed state(s) Educate and guide patients on getting the most from their hearing technology Provide feedback on new hearing care tools and workflows that improve the patient experience Collaborate closely with our Sales Team to ensure seamless patient journeys Contribute clinical insights to hear.com's global network, the largest independent audiology network in the world What You Bring Active AUD license in CA, NY, PA, or TX with 2+ years of fitting experience A patient-first approach: empathetic, communicative, and genuinely invested in outcomes Comfort working independently and managing your own schedule and caseload Strong organizational skills and the ability to work across teams in a fast-paced environment Reliable home internet: hardwired connection required (100+ Mbps download / 20+ Mbps upload) Willingness to obtain licensure in additional states (all associated costs fully covered by hear.com) What We Offer Compensation Total target earnings of $100,000 to $120,000, made up of a $61,800 base salary plus monthly performance bonuses Benefits Full medical, dental, and vision coverage 401(k) Paid parental leave Op
