Must Have
Experience in the sprinkler, property management, facilities management, or construction industry, Understanding of building maintenance, repairs, and remedial works, attention to detail and accuracy in reviewing technical documentation, Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel for quote comparisons, Excellent written and verbal communication skills, Ability to manage multiple quotes simultaneously and meet deadlines
Nice to Have
Knowledge of industry codes and standards, Experience within sprinkler industry, Understanding of procurement processes and supplier management
What You'll Do.
Process requests for quotations
Coordinate with approved suppliers
Review and analyse quotes
Ensure quotes include scope
Review building defect reports
Interpret technical specifications
Verify quoted works align
Assess reasonableness of pricing
Communicate with suppliers and clients
Present quote comparisons
Maintain regular updates on quote status
Maintain accurate records of quotes
Ensure quotes meet regulatory requirements
Document variations and changes
Identify opportunities to streamline
Build and maintain relationships with suppliers
Contribute to development of standard specifications
