Experience in auto finance, Experience in installment loan, Focus in managing auction processes, Experience in auto finance servicing, Experience in installment loan servicing, Experience with LoanPro
What You'll Do.
Perform administrative duties
Assist in follow up and research
Support Remarketing team
Complete auction related tasks
Minimize net credit losses
Manage repossession inventory
Maximize returns from auction sale proceeds
Ensure timely follow up on repossessions activities
Perform responsibilities in accordance with company requirements
Communicate effectively to dealers
Work with suppliers and management
Implement processes and efficiencies
Maintain documentation
Review condition reports
Review historical sale data
Review NADA information
Determine adequate sale prices
Determine potential repairs
Execute title processes
Follow-up on title processes
Field inbound communication
Field outbound communication
Create regulatory required notices
Ensure documentation is complete and accurate
Upload correspondence
Ensure stakeholders receive prompt service
Follow through to resolution
Maintain superior relationships
Complete regular reporting
Complete ad-hoc reporting
