What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Minimum 1 year customer service previous customer/escalation support experience

Nice to Have

Experience in automotive dealership BDC or sales roles is a plus, Proficiency with CRM systems and basic computer applications preferred

Make outbound calls and handle inbound calls to drive dealership sign-ups and reactivations

Send targeted emails and text messages to engage potential and existing dealer partners

Accurately document all customer interactions and maintain up-to-date records
